What is Hermes?
Hermes is a home-finding service that monitors websites and notifies you about new matches within your filters.
Hermes is free?
Yes. I built Hermes for myself and once we found a home, I thought it would be nice to share it with others!
How quick is Hermes?
Notifications should arrive within 10 minutes.
Can you add a filter for amount of rooms or postal code?
In short: no, because it makes Hermes less reliable. Extra filters often depend on data we cannot fetch consistently from every source.
Does this work if I want to buy a home?
Not yet, but who knows what I might build when I am looking to buy something myself!
I saw this listing on Pararius and I did not get a message from Hermes. Why?
Pararius does not list a house number for all homes, so Hermes cannot check if it has already seen the listing on another website. To avoid duplicates, those listings are skipped.
